Blueberry Yam

Peel the yam, wash and cut into strips

Soak in salt water for five minutes
3.
Boil water in a pot, add yam sticks and cook for about 3 minutes
4.
Pick up the boiled yam and soak in cold water or ice water for five minutes
5.
Assembly

Just drizzle with blueberry sauce
Tips:
1. The yam does not need to be cooked for too long, just cooked
2. Soaking in ice water will make the yam more refreshing
