Blueberry Yam Puree

1. Wash the yam, put the skin into a steamer, and steam for about 20 minutes. Be sure to steam it until it is overripe.

2. Peel the steamed yam and set aside.

3. Cut the yam into small pieces and squeeze them in a mud press.

4. Snow-white yam mud ready for use

5. Put the yam mud into the piping bag.

6. Squeeze out the yam towers with a little force

7. Proportionally mix blueberry sauce

8. Pour the blueberry sauce evenly on the small mountain medicine tower. Enjoy the deliciousness!
