Boiled Agave

Remove the belly of the agave and wash, and salt both sides of the fish body for ten minutes.

Wash celery and garlic sprouts and cut into sections.
3.
Heat the wok, add oil, and fry the agave.
4.
Fry the fish until both sides turn yellow.
5.
Stir-fry parsley and garlic sprouts with oil in the bottom of the pan.
6.
Drain a little water.
7.
Cook until the soup turns white and is ready to dry.
