Boiled Amaranth

Remove the rhizomes of amaranth and wash
2.
Bring the water to a boil, pour the amaranth and cook

Add salt and chicken essence, then serve
4.
Put oil in another pot, stir-fry minced ginger and pepper to fragrant
5.
Add a bowl of boiled amaranth water, add preserved egg diced and boil
6.
Pour it on the dish and it's done
