Pour the decanted water into the pressure cooker and spread it flat, then pour in hot water and spread it over about 15 to 20 centimeters. Turn on the fire and add the spice bag, rock sugar, green onion and sliced ginger.

After the water is boiled, add the soy sauce (because the soy sauce has a raw flavor, the soy sauce can remove the raw flavor when the water is boiled), add salt and yellow sauce, and let the lid of the pressure cooker sit open for 15 to 20 minutes and turn off the heat.

Cut the tofu into triangles and deep-fry the skin to brown. Add a pound of water to the flour and mix well to fry the dough. If the mouth is not good, you can put a little less yeast in the dough.

Find a wok or other pot that is big enough to hold the things in the pressure cooker, pour a little bit of oil and stir a little bit of Pixian Douban and Douchi thoroughly, so that the stewed taste will be more fragrant

Then pour everything in the pressure cooker into this pot while it is hot, and let out the aroma, throw in the fried tofu and noodles, try to let the water press the noodles, then cover and cook for 20 minutes. You can eat it, you can keep on a small fire while eating

Clean the water, especially the intestines and belly, and the oil must be clean.

I will use a third of Erguotou to make this, otherwise the aroma will not come out, after all, this smell is heavy.
