Boiled Baby Vegetables

Wash baby cabbage and cut into 8 equal portions with a knife.

Chop garlic, green onion and millet pepper.

Add water to the pot, boil on high heat, add a little salt and cooking oil, add baby cabbage and boil it.

Remove and drain the water and place it on the plate.

Take a small bowl, mix in salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cornstarch and a little water and stir well.

Put the cooking oil in the pan, heat it up over high heat, add the minced garlic and green onion and millet pepper to stir up the aroma.

Pour in the sauce just made, stir evenly until it boils and turn off the heat.

Pour the sauce on the baby cabbage while it is hot.

Stir well when eating.
