Boiled Beef
1.
The first is to choose the material. Choose the bridgehead card for the material selection.
2.
Wash the beef and let it stand to drain.
3.
Beef slices, add the dry material package (starch + salt) to the beef slices, and add a raw egg. Then catch! Catch the flesh color to light up (that is, two minutes).
4.
Slice the lettuce, tear the baby cabbage into pieces, wash the bean sprouts, and grab a bowl of soaked fungus.
5.
Dice green onion, ginger and garlic.
6.
Boil the water, add all the vegetables after the water is boiled, scald and remove them to a pot for later use. (The water for boiled vegetables is gone).
7.
After washing the pot, put in two bowls of water again, add the bridge head material after the water boils, and cook for two minutes.
8.
After two minutes, add the beef slices, and pour the beef slices and the soup into a basin containing vegetables after they are cooked.
9.
Finally, open the chili bag and sprinkle it on the boiled beef. Add oil to the hot pot. After heating up, pour the oil on the boiled beef chili. Serving!
Tips:
If you cook too much and not salty enough, you can add half a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of sesame oil when cooking. The dishes are more beautiful!
