Boiled Beef with Sauerkraut
1.
Wash the beef and cut into thin slices, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of spicy sauce and 3 tablespoons of starch.
2.
The catches are marinated for later use.
3.
The sauerkraut is also washed and cut.
4.
Wash the ginger, onion, garlic, dried chili and pepper, cut and set aside.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil on the pot, and saute the dried chili pepper and ginger, onion and garlic first (the pepper is lowered and half is left).
6.
Add 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry for the red oil.
7.
Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for a while.
8.
Then add the water without sauerkraut.
9.
Add half a tablespoon of sugar to taste, cover the pot and boil the sauerkraut.
10.
After the sauerkraut is boiled, open the lid, and add the beef to the sauerkraut piece by piece with chopsticks.
11.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat for another minute or so until the beef is well cooked and turn off the heat (don't cook for too long, otherwise the beef will get old and affect the taste).
12.
Pour the cooked beef and the soup into a large pot.
13.
Wash the pot and put it on the stove. Don't put the oil in, fry the remaining half of the pepper and chili, dry and fry it for a nice fragrance.
14.
Put the dry fried pepper and chili on the surface of the beef.
15.
Add two tablespoons of edible oil to the pot, and cook until the oil is a bit smoky and hot.
16.
Add the coriander, and then evenly pour the boiling oil on the beef to finish.
17.
Finished product. Good meal 😋.
Tips:
1. Because there is soy sauce and spicy sauce in corned beef with salty taste, and Pixian bean paste and sauerkraut are salty, so there is no need to add salt.
2. Grab the beef evenly before putting it in the pot to avoid starch precipitation. Do not cook the beef for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
