Boiled Butterfly Shrimp

Frozen raw butterfly shrimps purchased online

After washing, add cooking wine, salt, black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

Frying pan

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, chili and pepper and stir fry until fragrant

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir well, preferably Pixian bean paste

Add some stock and bring to a boil

Add raw shrimp
8.
Add some cooking wine to remove the fishy, add some salt to taste
9.
Cook until the shrimp changes color, add some chicken powder, mix well and turn off the heat
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
11.
Pour hot oil and sauté the chopped green onion
Tips:
It’s best to use fresh shrimp, mine is frozen so I add chicken powder
