Boiled Cabbage Heart

Main ingredients: Choy Sum

Remove the roots and old leaves of the cabbage core, and wash the tender core part with running water, and soak in water for 15 minutes.

Process the ingredients while soaking the vegetables: slice garlic, mix with 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of steamed fish soy sauce, a little sugar, and a little clear broth to make a juice for later use

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add a small amount of salt and a small amount of cooking oil

When the water in the pot is boiling, add the choy sum, first add the root of the choy sum and blanch for 30 seconds

1. Add salt and oil to boiled water;
2. It should not take too long for the choy sum to boil, and it can be picked up after boiling.
