Boiled Clam

I bought the razor clams and washed it two or three times because I bought a clean spit, put a little salt in the pot with green onion and ginger cooking wine

After the pot is opened, put in the cleaned razor clams and cover the lid

Cook until the next time the pot is boiling, the razor clams are open, fish out and serve

Steaming big fat razor clams can be dipped in garlic juice or mustard soy sauce according to your preference
