Boiled Cured Chicken Drumsticks with Mushrooms and Cabbage

1. Ingredients: cured chicken drumsticks (already chopped), shiitake mushrooms (already soaked and washed), cabbage (removed and washed)

2. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped cured chicken thighs and stir fry.

3. Next, add the cabbage and mushrooms and stir fry.

4. Then, add some water.

5. Bring to a boil and cook until the cabbage is cooked through.

6. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

7. Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.

8. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

Cured chicken legs have a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
