Boiled Cured Duck Legs with Rice White and Green Vegetables

Ingredients: cured duck legs (washed), wild rice (peeled, washed and cut open), green vegetables (washed and cut open).

Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Next, lower the chopped cured duck legs into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
