Boiled Duck Blood with Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients: duck blood, mushrooms (washed and sliced), cooked meat slices, chicken feathers (washed)

Tear the duck blood out of the package, put it on the chopping board and cut it open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, and stir fry the cut mushrooms and cooked pork slices.

Then, combine the cut duck blood and the cleaned chicken feathers, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and bring to a boil.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
