Boiled Edamame

Prepare edamame.

Cut off the pedicle end of the edamame with scissors to make it easier to taste when cooking.

Wash the cut edamame and put it in a microwave bowl, add appropriate amount of water (without the edamame), pepper and fennel. Put it in the microwave on medium-high heat for 6 minutes.

Then take out the edamame that has been cooked until 8 mature, and add salt.

Put it in the microwave again and keep on high heat for 5 minutes.

Look! Cooked. If you soak in the soup for a while before eating, the flavor will be more substantial.
