Boiled Fish

Choose a fish of about three catties, kill it and wash it

The fish fillets and fish bones are marinated separately. First add cooking wine, pepper, salt, sugar and mix well. Add starch, fish bones and fish bones are marinated like fish fillets.

Tips:
When frying the ingredients, the fire must be low throughout. Don’t stir-fry. If you like spicy food, you can add more sesame pepper. I don’t have parsley here. Instead, use coriander stalks. Don’t overheat the oil at the end and smoke slightly. Otherwise the chili peppers will be messy
