Boiled Fish with Sauerkraut

The silver carp is cleaned and chopped into pieces for later use. When buying silver carp, you can ask the merchant to help clean it up.

Prepare other ingredients: celery, green onions, sauerkraut, spicy millet, dried chili, pepper, ginger, garlic, Pixian bean paste, sugar, star anise, San Nai.

Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to the silver carp, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Wash the marinated silver carp again.

Wash green onions and celery and cut into sections. Chopped sauerkraut, sliced millet spicy, sliced garlic, shredded ginger.

Add an appropriate amount of starch to the silver carp and mix well.

Heat up the wok, then pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat up.

Add the Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add the dried chili and stir fry the Chinese pepper.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add green onions, millet spicy, garlic, ginger, star anise, sanna, sugar, cooking wine, and balsamic vinegar to bring to a boil.

Add celery, add some salt and chicken essence.
