Boiled Flower Snail

Buy it, wash it and soak it in light salt water for an hour.

Add ginger slices and green onions to boil hot water.

Pour in white wine to wake up.

Pour the snails and cook.

Bring to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes.

Shred ginger, add light soy sauce, vinegar, and drizzle in a little hot oil.
