Boiled Ham Sausage with Mushrooms and Olives

1. Cut the ham sausage into small pieces.

2. Cut the green onions into 1 cm thick slices, and cut the green pepper into small pieces.

3. Put the butter in the pan to melt.

4. Add the green onions and fry them until they become transparent.

5. Add the ham and stir fry for 2 minutes.

6. Add olives and green pepper and stir fry.

7. Pour in the mushroom soup, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

8. Pour in tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, add cornstarch water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the soup thickens. (Do not cover the lid at this time).
