Boiled Kewei Shrimp & Kewei Shrimp Dipping Sauce

This is the Jiwei shrimp I bought today. The Jiwei shrimp is another name for the new prawn. It has a thin shell, fat body, tender meat and delicious taste, so most people like to eat it.

After the Jiwei shrimp is washed, pour a proper amount of water into the pot and boil, then add the old ginger.
