Boiled Lake Shrimp

Rinse the fresh lake prawns, use scissors to cut off the legs of the prawns, and use a toothpick to pick off the prawn thread

Pour a little water in the pot, boil the pepper and salt, add the shrimps, cook until both sides turn red, then remove
3.
Peel the garlic and ginger, wash and chop them into a small bowl, pour in vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil and mix well (forget to take a photo and use another photo instead)
Tips:
It doesn’t take too much water to cook the shrimp, and it doesn’t take too long to change the color.
