I usually buy pork suet. This is the fatter meat at home. If it’s too fat, I boil it into lard.

2. The boiling water is gone, wait until the frying turns golden brown.

3. Put the boiled lard in a bowl and let it cool. The boiled and deep-fried can be eaten with a little salt, or it can be made into stuffed buns.
