Boiled Liver Tip

Main ingredients: pork liver, spinach

Soak the liver, wash, and cut into large slices. Then rinse with clean water.

Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine to marinate for 10 minutes. Add water to the starch repeatedly to evenly sizing.

Chop the shallots and garlic. Wash spinach and cut into sections.

Boil water in a pot, add the sizing liver tip, and turn off the heat when the liver tip changes color.

Wash the liver tip again with clean water and remove it for later use.

Bring water to a boil, add liver tip, green onion and garlic.
8.
After boiling, add spinach. Season with salt and MSG. Turn off the heat when you turn it on.

Put it in a bowl and serve.
Tips:
1. It is better to cut the pork liver thinly, which is easy to cook and tender.
2. When you boil the heat at the end, be sure to use a high heat, and the pan is ready.
