Wash the lettuce.

The rapeseed I bought is relatively large and long, so I divide it into three stages.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some oil and salt.

The lettuce I bought is larger. I blanch it for a while, about 15 seconds. If the lettuce is very tender, just turn it over in boiling water. Don't over-blanch it.

The blanched lettuce leaves are taken out of the water and placed on a plate.

Mince garlic.

Heat the pan and sauté the minced garlic under cold oil until fragrant.

Add soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add water, bring to a boil and taste. I added more oyster sauce, the saltiness was enough, and it tasted very fresh, I didn't add salt.

Add water and starch to thicken.

Boil until the soup is slightly thick.

Pour the soup on the lettuce.

Light and delicious.
