Boiled Okra

Wash the okra.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil after the water is boiled, and put in an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the okra and blanch for 2 minutes.

The blanched okra is cut into small pieces, the millet is washed and cut into circles, and the green onions are shredded.

Put the okra on the plate and serve with chili and green onions.

Tips:
Squeeze it with your hands when buying okra, the softer ones are tender.
