Boiled Okra

Wash the okra and set aside.

Chop garlic and set aside.
3.
Add clear water to the pot and add 2 drops of edible oil. Bring to a boil. Add okra and cook for about 2 minutes to remove.
4.
Soak in cold boiling water to maintain a crisp taste, remove and cut off the head.
5.
Put it on the plate and pour in the soy sauce.
6.
Spread minced garlic and a little chopped pepper.
7.
Pour in hot oil that burns to blue smoke.
8.
Stir well and serve.
