Boiled Peanuts

Fresh peanuts are first rinsed with tap water to clean the dirt and sand on the outer skin. Prepare star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, Chinese pepper, dried chili, tangerine peel, and ginger.

Add peanut-free water to the pot, add all the seasonings, and bring to a boil

Add 4-5 tablespoons of salt (taste it, the water is saltier than usual for cooking), cover, turn to medium and low heat, for 30 minutes

After turning off the heat, continue to soak for another half an hour, it will add more flavor
