Boiled Potatoes with Mustard and Long Melon

1. Ingredients: long melon, shredded mustard tuber, potatoes (washed, peeled and sliced)

2. Peel the long melon and wash it.

3. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.
