Boiled Prawns

Prepare ingredients

Cut off the prawn silk
3.
Use a toothpick to pick the shrimp floss and wash it

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add garlic and stir-fry on low heat until the aroma of garlic appears

Put it in a bowl, add soy sauce and stir evenly to make a sauce dipping sauce

Bring water to a boil, add green onion, ginger slices and cooking wine

Put the prawns in the pot

Put the prawns in, cook until the prawns are rolled up and removed when the color turns red

Put it in cold water, remove and drain, and serve with the dipping ingredients.
Tips:
Don’t cook for too long, as the shrimp will become too old and affect the texture and taste.
