The prawns are rich in meat, delicious and rich in protein. Chinese medicine believes that its taste is sweet, alkaline and warm, can nourish the kidney and yang, nourish yin and invigorate the stomach.

Boiled Prawns

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut off the prawn silk

3. Use a toothpick to pick the shrimp floss and wash it

4. Add oil to the pot and heat up, add garlic and stir-fry on low heat until the aroma of garlic appears

5. Put it in a bowl, add soy sauce and stir evenly to make a sauce dipping sauce

6. Bring water to a boil, add green onion, ginger slices and cooking wine

7. Put the prawns in the pot

Tips:
