Boiled Sea Prawns

Thaw the sea prawns, clean them, and cut their abdomen with a knife to remove the shrimp threads.

Take a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, pour in the sea prawns, cook until the water boils again, and then remove.
3.
Take a wok, heat a small amount of oil, add garlic, saute, pour into the seasoning dish, add light soy sauce and stir well.
4.
When eating, remove the shrimp shells and dip them in the seasonings to start eating.
Tips:
1. Shrimp remove the shrimp gut, it will be cleaner.
2. Do not boil the prawns too shallow, otherwise it will make the prawns grow old
