In this season of the year, we see more shrimp in the market here, and live shrimp are also sold. I like the authentic boiled live shrimp. When cooking the shrimp, just add the water to remove the fishy pepper and avoid any other seasonings. Also, don't have too much water, the maximum amount is the same as that of shrimp. It is not advisable to cook shrimp for a long time, just a few minutes. The shrimp cooked in this way fully retains the delicious taste and tenderness of the shrimp.

Ingredients

1. Soak the peppercorns in cold water in advance

3. Pour the soaked pepper into the boiling pot along with the water used to soak the pepper

Tips:

1. Boiled shrimp is best to choose fresh shrimp;
2. The peppercorns are soaked in cold water in advance to make the flavor stronger;
3. Do not use too much water to boil the shrimp, as more water will dilute the umami taste;
4. The cooking time of shrimps should not be long. The cooked shrimps are difficult to shell and taste worse;
5. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
