Boiled Shrimp

Soak the peppercorns in cold water in advance

Wash the shrimps and cut off the long beards

Tips:
1. Boiled shrimp is best to choose fresh shrimp;
2. The peppercorns are soaked in cold water in advance to make the flavor stronger;
3. Do not use too much water to boil the shrimp, as more water will dilute the umami taste;
4. The cooking time of shrimps should not be long. The cooked shrimps are difficult to shell and taste worse;
5. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
