Boiled Shrimp

Soak the shrimp in clean water first, add a little salt, and change the water three times during soaking until the shrimp spit out the mud and sand.

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread from the joint between the head and the back of the shrimp, gently pull it out by hand, and soak for a few minutes.

Put the shrimp in the boiling state until the shrimp is cooked thoroughly, remove and drain, rinse the shrimp with the frozen water prepared in advance, the purpose is to make the shrimp more elastic.

Add two drops of oyster sauce to the red vinegar, minced garlic, spicy millet, and a little salt.
