Boiled Shrimp
1.
Wash the live shrimps immediately after buying them, add water to the pot, add cooking wine and ginger, and cook them over low heat. Remember to cover the pot.
2.
The cooked prawns are taken out and immersed in cold water. Change the water when the water is hot, about three or four times. Place the plate in the refrigerator to cool slightly, adjust the sauce, add sugar and mustard sauce and mix well.
Tips:
When the shrimp is cooked, it will pop out without covering the pot because it is live shrimp.
The sauce can be diversified, and ginger juice with vinegar is also good.
