I love to eat shrimp, especially this kind of boiled shrimp, which is great~

Boiled Shrimp

1. Mince ginger, replace the minced mixture with gold for use

2. Pour water in the pot and bring it to a boil, pour the cleaned shrimp into boiling water and cover the lid until the shrimp turns from green to red and cooked

3. Add oil to the pot, bring to a boil, pour the mixture, and fry until fragrant

4. Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce in a bowl and set aside

5. Pour the boiling mixture directly into the bowl

6. The oil in the bowl is still boiling, so that the aroma of the mixture can penetrate into the soy sauce and it will be more fragrant

7. Finish the picture. Peel the shrimp when you eat it, and then throw it into the sauce bowl. The taste is refreshing.
