Boiled Shrimp

Wash and treat the Jiwei shrimp.

Boil water in a pot and add ginger slices.
3.
Bring the washed shrimp to a boil after boiling.

Cook until the color is all red.

Use a plate to put garlic froth, light soy sauce, and add chili oil, (you can omit if you don’t like it)

Just put it on.
