Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients: prawns, etc. Put the live shrimps in light salt water and let them rest for 1 hour. Cut green onion into sections, mince garlic, shred half of ginger, and slice half.

Rinse the shrimp with clean water and drain the water.

Add half a large pot of water to the pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, and rice wine, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour the shrimps and stir slightly to heat the shrimps evenly. After the water boils, boil for another 30 seconds and remove.

Put the shrimp in cold water to keep the meat of the shrimp from getting old.

Remove and serve after 1 minute.

To make sauce: a small amount of oil in the pot, heating.

Tips:
How long does the boiled shrimp cook for a long time:
If the size of the shrimp is relatively large, it will take about 5 minutes to heat up. If the size of the shrimp is relatively small, it usually takes 2 to 3 minutes. The simpler way is to look at the color. When the shrimp turns red, they can be picked up.
