Boiled Shrimp

Buy fresh Kewei shrimp and soak it in water for a while.

Rub the surface of the shrimp with a little salt and rinse off.

Tips:
Don't cook the boiled shrimp for too long, just see the whole body of the shrimp turn red. If the shrimp is cooked too much, the meat will get old.
