Boiled Shrimp
1.
Prepare fresh prawns.
2.
Grab the prawns and use kitchen scissors to cut off the shrimp silk and shrimp cavity. Be careful when handling, so as not to hurt yourself by the lively shrimp cavity.
3.
Take a toothpick and go through the second joint of the back of the shrimp to pick out the shrimp thread.
4.
Treat them one by one and wash and drain the water.
5.
Add water to the wok, add green onions and ginger to the water, add cooking wine, refined salt, and bring to a boil.
6.
Take a steaming dish with a slippery net, spread the processed shrimp on top, and sprinkle some green onions on the top.
7.
Cover the pot and steam on high heat for about 5-6 minutes. Turn off the heat when you see the shrimp turn red in the pot, then simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove the lid and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1: The wizard also comes with a dipping sauce: mince millet pepper and garlic, add soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
2: When steaming the shrimp, remember to put it in after the water is boiled, and then steam it on a high fire.
