Boiled Shrimp in Brine

Shallots preserved onion roots

Chop 3 slices of ginger and add to vinegar.

Pour 5 grams of salt, 3 teaspoons of cooking wine, and a handful of Chinese pepper into the water. Boil the water to about 90.

Tips:
