Boiled Snails

Soak the snails with appropriate amount of water and salt to spit sand.

Add a proper amount of water afterwards.
3.
Put the fragrant snails.
4.
After the lid is boiled, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
5.
Turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
6.
The cooked snails can be dipped in the meat and seasoning.
Tips:
The seasoning particles are adjusted according to personal taste.
