Spicy Snails

Wash the snails with light salt water repeatedly

Prepare the ingredients

Put the right amount of cooking oil in the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the aniseed and red sesame peppers and stir fry to create a flavor

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and stir fry for a fragrance

Tips:
The fragrant snails must be cleaned, do not cook for too long, or the taste is not good!
