Today, I went to the market to buy vegetables and walked to the seafood area. Several people were surrounded there. I also went and took a look. The result was that I bought this fragrant snail, because this fragrant snail is so fresh and all alive. It’s rare to buy such fresh fragrant snails, buy more, to be greedy tonight, hehe!

Spicy Snails

1. Wash the snails with light salt water repeatedly

2. Prepare the ingredients

3. Put the right amount of cooking oil in the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the aniseed and red sesame peppers and stir fry to create a flavor

4. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and stir fry for a fragrance

5. Add bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

6. Add the fragrant snails and stir fry

7. Add other auxiliary materials and appropriate amount of water

8. Boil the pan for five minutes to collect the juice out of the pan.

Tips:

The fragrant snails must be cleaned, do not cook for too long, or the taste is not good!
