Spiced Snails with Ginger Sauce

Wash the snails.

Shred the green onion and ginger.

Heat the oil in the pan.

Heat the oil as the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the fragrant snails and stir-fry. If you can't control the heat, you can blanch the fragrant snails first.

Add soy sauce and stir fry, sweet noodle sauce is also ok, but I prefer the aroma of soy sauce. The meat of the snails is completely cooked after being rolled up.
