Boiled Spicy Shrimp

First, rinse the prawns, put them in a large bowl, add a spoonful of salt, and soak for 30 minutes. After soaking, cut off the shrimp silks, pick out the shrimp threads, rinse them and set aside.

Scrape off the skin of lettuce, wash and slice, don't throw away the lettuce leaves, clean and cut into sections for later use.

Rinse dried chili and cut into sections, clean green onion and cut into sections, rinse Chinese pepper, peel off ginger, wash and slice, peel off garlic, wash and pat flat.

Tips:
1. Soak prawns in brine to remove bacteria and parasites.
2. The side dishes can be replaced with cucumber, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage and so on.
3. If you like spicy, add more dried chilies and peppercorns.
