Boiled Spinach

Wash spinach and cut into sections for later use.

Boil the spinach under boiling water and pick up the cold river for later use.

Drain the water and put it on a dish for later use.

Bring to a boil with oil and pour it over the chopped green onion and chili, then add the light soy sauce and mix well. Spinach can be eaten directly with the flavoring, or it can be poured directly on the spinach, everyone's preference!

The spinach made this way feels delicious!
