Bone Barley and Winter Melon Soup

Wash the purchased spine and chop it into small pieces.

Put the chopped spine into a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water for a while, and cook the foam.

Put the well-watered spine into the water to wash the foam and put it in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water to boil, then change to a low fire for two hours.

Soak the barley in water for 6 hours in advance

Tips:
There are two kinds of barley. One is that the rice has a hard texture. You need to cook this barley for a while. One is that the glutinous taste is softer, and the cooking time is relatively shorter.
