Bone Bone Stewed Dried Tofu

Cut dried tofu into triangle shapes, prepare star anise, dried chili, rice wine, shallots, ginger slices and sweet noodle sauce

Rinse the pork bones you bought home with running water, then soak them in clean blood, wash them, and drain the water.
