Bone Soup with Yellow Sauce

Materials are ready. It is better if you use handmade soybean paste.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and rinse them a few times to remove the starch. Soak in saline for 5 minutes.

Wash the flesh and bones in blanching water. Put a little oil in the wok. After heating, add three spoons of soybean paste and ginger slices until fragrant. Then add pork bones and stir fry, add a little white wine and pepper to taste and fragrant.

Put the fried pork bones and the soaked potatoes into the pressure cooker together, and add boiling water twice as much as the ingredients. Add a small piece of green onion, a dried chili and two star anises. Add appropriate salt and sugar according to taste. Suppress it on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. According to the preference to use big stick bones, cavity bones, and trotters, they are all delicious.
2. Soybean paste is different according to the saltiness, the amount added is suitable for personal taste.
