Boneless Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Soak chicken feet for more than 2 hours to remove blood.

Cook the chicken feet underwater and boil for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and wash with warm water.

Boil the chicken feet in a pot of water, and cook the onion, ginger, pepper and aniseed cooking wine for more than 30 minutes.

Rinse repeatedly in cold water.
