Boneless Pork Knuckle

Remove the hair from the pork knuckle and set aside, soak the kidney beans overnight;

Cut the pork knuckles to expose the bones, and make a few knives on the meat for easy taste;

Prepare aniseed: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, tangerine peel, Chinese pepper, rock sugar, red pepper, sliced ginger and green onion;

Tips:
