Pea is rich in protein, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, zinc and other minerals. Among them, protein is rich in lysine, which can improve the baby's immunity and promote growth and development.
Some babies just start adding supplementary food when they are 6 months old, so they need to wait 2 weeks after adding rice noodles and make sure that the baby is not allergic to peas. Babies who just started adding supplementary foods choose high-iron rice noodles, and the peas are more delicate.

Ingredients

Bowl of Bean Paste

1. Peas are best to buy fresh peas

2. Remove the hulls and wash them, put them in a pot and cook until they are cooked through

3. After cooking, let it cool slightly, and remove the coats one by one.
It’s actually very easy to remove the coat. Just open a hole and squeeze it lightly.

4. Put it in a food supplement machine and make a paste

5. Take 70℃ boiling water to make rice noodles, the amount of water can be adjusted according to the baby’s acceptance

6. If we add 10 grams of rice noodles, then 1~2 grams of pea puree is enough. Don't add too much at the first time, so as to prevent the baby from getting used to it. After the rice noodles are prepared, add the prepared peas puree

Tips:

We can put the remaining pea puree in the food supplement box and store it in the refrigerator. It will be thawed when the food supplement is made next time. If it is added for the first time, it must be in a liquid state. Not this kind of granular shape!
